History and Background

Over 60 Years of Success:

McInnis Brothers Construction, Inc., based in Minden, Louisiana began operations in 1947 as a partnership between John L. McInnis and Harry E. McInnis. During the Company’s early years, work included extensive home building and small commercial projects and carried an annual volume of $25,000. In the late sixties, the Company was joined by George E. McInnis, son of John L. McInnis; and Harry E. McInnis, Jr. and M. Philip McInnis, sons of Harry E. McInnis. Through their continuing leadership and participation in the Company, McInnis Brothers’ annual volume has grown to $70 million.

On-Time Scheduling:

We use state of the art scheduling software to produce a Critical Path Method schedule which outlines start and finish dates expected for all segments of your project. All subcontractors and suppliers will be held accountable for prompt performance of scheduled tasks.

Safety:

A safe work environment is a top priority in our company. Our full time safety director regularly holds safety meeting’s with field staff and conducts on-site safety inspections. Our superintendents are OSHA and Haz/Mat certified.

Self-Performed Work:

McInnis Brothers’ personnel perform significant amount of the physical work on our projects including Concrete, Layout, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry and Millwork Installation. Our ability to self-perform these work components is a significant advantage for us to deliver your project with our exacting standards of quality and timeliness.
